Our Cows

We have over 350 beautiful free range cows in our herd, with the perfect blend of Montbeliarde, Holstein and Jersey cows who produce delicious, quality milk that is extremely creamy and high in protein.

The cows graze in the lush pastures of Great Dalby, near Melton Mowbray, the rural capital of food, in the heart of the country.

Our geographical location is particularly important to us as we supply to the award winning local dairy, Long Clawson, who are famous for their Stilton cheese, a cheese that can only be produced in the counties of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
